Tim Stroble serves as Vice President for Centauri Insurance. In this role, he is responsible for bridging Centauri’s pricing, product, risk management, technology and operations departments.

Stroble has more than 20 years of insurance experience working for large international companies as well as regional niche carriers and MGAs. He has led complete business overhauls creating new divisions as well as reinventing business strategies. During the first decade of his career, he worked for Zurich and Farmers insurance companies. Getting his start in finance and actuarial departments, Stroble later worked as an insurance product manager owning various states and books of business in both personal and commercial lines. In 2007, Stroble was awarded the Zurich Global Innovation Award for his creation of analytical tools supporting profitable segmentation.

In 2008, Stroble moved to Florida to run the commercial product department for American Strategic Insurance Company making it the most profitable business unit in the company by expanding their commercial footprint and product offerings. He later moved to Bankers Insurance to run their personal lines and reinsurance. While there, he led a team in the creation of a highly analytical simplified quoting and marketing process leading him to win the Celent Model Insurance Award for innovation in 2014.

Stroble holds a degree in mathematics from the United States Naval Academy and a master’s in management from Hawaii Pacific University. After college, he completed three deployments as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy including Operation UNISOM II, the final withdraw of troops from Somalia at the end of the United Nations intervention in 1995. In addition, Stroble has earned his CPCU and ARe designations.
