JoAnn Brown serves as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for Centauri. She joined the team in January 2020 and is responsible for managing all HR functions for the company including recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations and facilities.

Mrs. Brown brings over 30 years of diverse human resource management experience to her role. Prior to joining Centauri, she spent 16 years as Director of Operations & Human Resources for Johnson Smith Company, a mail order catalog and e-commerce company where she managed HR, their 100-seat call center and all warehouse and inventory logistics. She has worked in the insurance, telecom and manufacturing industries learning all facets of human resources including Global Signal, Computer Sciences Corporation, Laser Precision Corporation and Home Insurance Company.

Mrs. Brown, graduated with an Associate’s degree in Retail Business Management from Mohawk Valley Community College, Utica, NY.
