
Tamarah Brodsky
Tamarah Brodsky serves as Vice President of Legal and Compliance for Centauri Insurance. In this role, she has overall responsibility for the legal and compliance operations for all levels of the company.
Brodsky has been an insurance defense litigator for over twenty years. Her specialties include insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage disputes including bad faith litigation, first party homeowner coverage disputes, compliance, and fraud investigations. Before joining Centauri, Brodsky handled first and third-party insurance matters at a prominent boutique firm in South Florida. Brodsky also served as In-House counsel for FedNat Insurance Company.
Brodsky began her legal career in New York City where she litigated insurance disputes in the areas of fraud and coverage. Eventually, she moved to Miami, Florida where she handled insurance defense matters and bad faith litigation. Brodsky also served as In-House Counsel for Fidelity National Financial. During her six-year tenure at Fidelity, she successfully litigated title insurance matters, and cases against the FDIC-R in the area of closing protection letter coverage. Brodsky has also served as Senior In-House Counsel for a financial technology company, Knight Capital. While at Knight Capital, Brodsky oversaw the legal and compliance operations of the company.
Brodsky received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, and her juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Brodsky is a member of the New York, New Jersey, and Florida Bars. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
